I just wanted to email you and thank you for the work you have done with the clock. I am wrapped with the final result and I have no doubt that my parents will be over the moon with it when we present it to them. I do apologise if I was becoming annoying over this last week, but everything else seems to be going wrong with this trip at the moment, so I didn’t want the clock to have any issues either. I should have had more confidence though, as you promised me it would get done in time and it did!! You are a champion.
I will be sure to let you know the feedback when my parents see the clock.
